Missions

  • Maintenance and technical evolution: management of maintenance needs and technical evolutions on Antalis’ e-commerce sites across 31 countries, through ticket tracking and specific projects
  • Technical issue analysis: diagnosing issues on the sites and collaborating with developers to implement the necessary actions in 48H
  • Writing technical specifications (SPEC) to reduce post-development feedback and adjustments
  • Non-regression testing
  • Ticket tracking and validation: tracking the resolution of tickets and validating developed tasks.
  • Evolution communication: presenting technical evolutions through regular demos and dedicated documentation, to ensure proper understanding of changes for Antalis’ countries.
